Mark and Lisa along with this business, are absolutely wonderful! Sometimes it's not easy to find a fair and knowledgeable mechanic, but through a little luck I have found one. Not only are the owners two of the nicest people I've met, their prices are more than fair, and Mark is so talented. Thank you to both of you for giving me peace of mind. This is the first time I took my car in to be fixed, and left there with tears of actual joy in my eyes. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
Very fair pricing, these folks actually care about their customers! Mechanic is very knowledgeable and doesn't stop toll the job is done. This place is the classic mom and pop auto shop, fix it right the first time and treat you like family!

Great litttle mom and pop auto shop!! My husband and I are on vacation from AL and started noticing we needed to have our rear brakes serviced pretty badly. Being from out of town, we were wary of have our vehicle serviced in an unfamiliar town. Our cabin is right up the road from Auto Zone so we went in and asked for a recommendation. They referred us to this auto shop and we were extremely satisfied. They were very nice, personable, and went the extra mile to make sure our vehicle was ready to do. Cost of labor was extremely affordable as well! Would highly recommend bringing your car here!
Great service, great folks. My wife and I were in Pigeon Forge for a work conference, then staying for the Fall Rod Run when our alternator went out on our 2003 Mustang GT. I got the number for Mark and called him. He and his wife picked up my alternator I ordered from Auto Zone, came to our hotel in Pigeon Forge and installed it there. His is very knowledgeable and very reasonable with his labor rates. We had some issues with the alternator hitting the pulleys, so I drove out to his shop where he had more tools, he took care of that as well. I could not have ask for or received better service. VERY NICE FOLKS, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED WORK DONE.
