When I arrived at Advance America, I was frustrated and actually forgot some of the paperwork I needed for a payday loan. Paul and Kimberly took the time to make me feel welcome and ensured the loan process went as smooth as possible.
Very poor customer service. I have been very please as a customer for over 7 years. My wife was laid off of a seasonal job for a month and I attempted a payday cash advance as I do every year at this time. The branch manager is very rude and disrespectful and unhelpful. It's not that I had to have the advance, I had all my paperwork in order as always and she acted as if I didn't. It's very easy to see what gives companies bad names.
these people are rude and unaccommodating! they don't want to help, another advance america helped right away!
