I called and requested a coverage increase from 151000 to 200000 in October of 2016 as we had renovated our cabin. Mr. Reagan was supposed to get back to us.Agent didnt go back to house to see improvements, never verified square footage. Called a second time asked again, supposed to get back to me. Never did, cabin burned in the Gatlinburg fires on Nov. 28. Currently seeking additional settlement from Farmers. Frankly, Farmers was great, but I would NEVER do business with Orville Reagan again. I don't think he cares about his clients, he certainly didnt care about us. This is really on the agent but the company may end up covering it. If I could rate him a minus 5 stars I would, a star for every $10000 he cost us. Our advice is not to trust him with any insurance needs. He couldnt even manage a requested policy increase.
