Great group of people. They were able to get me the auto insurance I needed at a great monthly rate. I can't recommend them enough.
Terribly slow, underwriting department full of morons, no reasons or explanations given for denial of coverage at all. Took 2 months to be deny me simple medical insurance despite no preexisting conditions, and I was not given a reason (legitimate or otherwise). Attempting to obtain auto insurance and was denied because I am married pending divorce and my wife lives in a different state; despite her having no access to my vehicle, they refused to insure it. Progressive had no problem insuring it.
Even though they were not able to help us with the insurance needs for a 20 year old, they did give us a great lead and we were able to get the insurance for our employee.
