when i first called to get information about changing my insurance from NH to TN, i encountered the nicest woman. she listened to me and my concerns about my grandson who was on my policy in NH. she made sure i knew how to keep him insured til he could get his own policy. she explained everything to me in detail and when i asked questions when i didn't understand something, she was so patient with me. she explained things to me in great detail again, without any edge or impatience in her voice. i really appreciated that. i had just moved here and my life had been disrupted and everything was overwhelming for me. i really appreciated her kindness and extreme helpfulness.

They kept raising the rates every 6 months. Have had no tickets or claims on record. I finally decided to go with a different agency. I don't believe Allstate cares about customers, at least this agent doesn't.
