Husband recently purchased an opal ring for me at this location. Beautiful quality and very reasonably priced, for Jared. Now I have the ability to say that "he went to Jared" and I will remember this Tuesday present for a lifetime. Staff was very talkative, friendly and informative. Wish I'd caught the name of the young dark-haired lady attending. Very kind and helpful individual!
Our salesperson literally left us with ,what I’m assuming is the manager, after she realized we were only buying a $140 Mens wedding ring. It’s almost funny how obvious she was about it. Also, I was told that Jared will accept Kay jeweler credit cards and they adamantly refused. I was likely going to buy a solitaire diamond ring, but walked away since they didn’t seem to want our business. Maybe I should have lowered my expectations before going in there.
Very poor customer service. Took a ring to have it cleaned and they said a diamond was loose. Sent it off to have it fixed and a year later lost the diamond out of it and they would not honor the guarantee on it. Go anywhere else than this place.
