Cathy picked up her watch and took it to the store and returned it 2 days later, with a new battery in it, there WAS NO CHARGE, PERIOD!!!
Bought a ring from the Knoxville store..Ring was 1050.00 less online...The Knoxville store would not honor online price, nor the Sevierville store...So I took the ring back , waited a few days, ordered it online for 1050.00 less....The Sevierville store has a good selection BUT ALWAYS COMPARE ONLINE AND IN STORE PRICES because the corporation will try to cheat you....In my case 1050.00 ...

We took her to have a battery put in her nice watch from them.
The jeweler was out that day, about 10 days or so ago.

These people are the biggest crooks in pigeon Forge. First They got mad at me for not buying a service plan for a $50 set of pearls then I asked them to clean my wife's wedding band and they said the diamonds where about the fall out and Wanted to charge me $50 just to fix that I had a feeling that their lying so I told them I'm not going to do it and the woman gets pissed off then I take it to Jewelry store and have two people look at it and they say nothings wrong with the ring. I would never recommend them to anyone all they care about is how can I make more money off of you even if you've already bought some off them

I have went to this store several times. I used to be a Zales employee (different location) so I KNEW when they were lying to me about corporate policies on multiple occasions (about repairs, returns, zales credit card, and the coverage of the jewelry protect plan I purchased upon purchasing my items in the past) and overall they were very rude every single time.
From out of town, I called and spoke with the manager Cathy, she said she would be glad to go to my Aunt's home, which is in a retirement village there, and she has no car now, just a scooter.
