Every one has always been very nice & I had excellent customer service the other evening. Chole and all the girls were very kind to help entertain my toddler so I could shop & look. I know they are very busy this time of year, but they did a wonderful job helping me.
Horrible customer service. The girls don’t seem eager to want to help you let alone make a sale. They don’t even greet you when you enter the store. Will never shop at this location. Horrible customer service. I walked out because they had three girls in the back including the store manager whom didn’t even come out to help when the store had about five customers waiting for someone to help. The one girl finished a transaction with a customer and went into to the back to gossip about the male customer she helped who was flirting with her. Meanwhile all the customers were left alone waiting for someone to help. I was annoyed with the lack of customer service I walked out. Very unprofessional especially for the holiday season everyone should have been on the floor helping customers. By reading reviews looks like this is typical for this location and their standard way of conducting business. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Visited here from the UK last summer, bought two bracelets. Received a cool reception from the staff, found them unfriendly and noticed that they were staring at me as I spoke (perhaps it was my accent?). Wished I hadn't spent my money here. I found two wonderful ladies selling Smoky Mountain Pandora Charms in Outback Leather in Pigeon Forge and they were so warm, polite and friendly that it was a delight to purchase from them. I would not return to Pandora at Tanger Outlets, as the female staff made me feel uncomfortable.
