Extremely rude staff! My girlfriend and I (of 6 years) have made the decision to start looking for an engagement ring. We wanted to educate ourselves and she wanted to see the specific styles she liked. We walked into the store and were quickly greeted by a gentleman. We said we wanted to see their selection and see the styles that she liked. As soon as I said that I was only there to learn (and not to purchase at that time) he completely checked out. He stopped answering our questions and treated us like we were wasting his time. VERY RUDE! I like to learn about what I am about to buy (especially when that item is several thousands of dollars!) Its sad because her favorite ring online was at Kay, but because of this experience, we WILL NOT USE KAY AGAIN!!! Next time, treat every potential buyer with respect (even if they aren't there to purchase the item at that exact moment.)
