Lousy service. We stood waiting to be seated 5 minutes - two servers walked past and said someone will be with you. No one was. We went to Outback Steak House across the street. Seated and served immediately. Do Not Waste your time. Woman in lobby with her child said it took 2 hours to be seated and served.
Such slow service for a Sunday dinner for 4. Did not seem very busy as I've been to a busier location and receive better service. Ordered Medium Steak, received well done. Received my salad for my dinner 10 minutes before my appetizer finally arrived. So my salad was nice and soggy to eat with my steak. No refills on the drinks. On anyone of my party. Took 18 minutes to receive check so I could even leave this place.
When our server told us this was her first night I thought on no, but she was great. The food was as good as we always expect. The quiet atmosphere is a plus.
Poor service and substandard quality of meals seems to be a trend for the area.
2017 We have visited this place off and on for the last few years. I was disappointed with the hostess seating customers ahead of us and when we were finally seated I was even more disappointed with the dirty condition of the carpet. We decided to have an appetizer and call it quits. The waiter was good. Not sure I can recommend this restaurant.
