The food was good, standard Olive Garden food. The server had other things on his mind besides waiting tables. He took our order and brought our food, he never checked to see if we needed anything else. We waited a long time for a check but finally paid at the kiosk. I left a tip but not the amount I would normally leave had I received better service.
Stopped in for dessert only to celebrate a birthday. Ended up getting the birthday girls dessert for free. Waiter was friendly and attentive even though we were only getting a small amount of food.
To go order. Gave me some tea while waiting and games to play for my daughter. Friendly and accommodating. Great food every time.
I'm from North Carolina, just left from this place, literally. Food was good, not an issue, there was a hair in the potato soup that was ordered & after that I waited 30 minutes before the waitress refilled my drink note it was empty... next we asked for a to go box, our waiter had already gone to another area, so we saw another waitress & asked her if she could bring us one, she never did after she said okay, she had red hair, we waited & waited... then we saw our waiter that we had & I stopped her & asked her for a to go box it took her 10 mins to bring it, then the nice attitude she had in the beginning, she no longer had, she cleared off our table, knowing we were getting ready to get out the booth & was acting snobby, she had her table in front of me where I couldn't get out of the booth & was in the way taking her time getting the plates to load on her table where my friend couldn't get out, we managed to get out anyway. Everything was fine, until the waitresses & their attitudes. I don't recommend this place for anybody out of town.
We there last week which wasn't busy and ordered our dinner. My wife ordered soup and I ordered salad. The waiter brought salad for two. When we were able to find the waited he told my wife to start on the salad and he would get the soup. Due to health problems she can't eat salad. I ate the salad and the food came which was hard to order in it's self. After we reminded about the soup he went and got after half the meal was gone. Terrible service. Went there to try it again and it was worse. Last night I order an appetizer and drinks I told the waitress I would wait to order our meal after we finished that. The waitress said if we wanted to order she would wait to turn it in. We order and the salad came out first. I told the waitress to just cancel the appetizer and she gave me a real attitude look. The the manager came to the table with it I told him I didn't want it anymore and this is not how you serve a meal. He said he would take it off the bill. Woo hoo. I asked for oil and garlic on the pasta and it came with red sauce . The waitress said that's how they usually make it. I just ate because I was hungry and was getting late. Won't go back.
