Great customer service. Ordered pizza from here for my family. We are here visiting from North Carolina and one of the pizzas were missing a topping. I went back the next day and they replaced my pizza and gave me a voucher for another free pizza. The pizzas were excellent and the crust was to die for. When we return, we will definitely be eating here again. Thanks.
John makes the best pies and is more than happy to cater to vegetarians 10/10 would eat there again.
It was quite dirty. The personnel though were quite friendly and the pizza was very good. This would be a good "drop in" place but definitely not a main meal pizza restaurant.
They tell you it's 30 for take out pizza. No problem I can handle that. You wait 1 hour in the restaurant and finally get up and ask about your pizza. It was sitting on top of the oven for 30 minutes. They failed to announce that my pizza was ready. I stood there and ordered the pizza at the counter. I didn't call it in. When I went to the counter after an hour they all stared at me from the kitchen. I had to flag down the bus boy to ask about my pizza.
Best local pizza AND service. Worth driving to pick up compared to the other joints that serve/deliver pizza in the sevierville/wears valley/townsend side. Whether a local or a visitor, if you've got a craving for pizza or sandwich, choose Stonehouse. You won't be disappointed.
