Very good Holiday Inn. Service was good, amenities were good. The building is very new, clean, and up to date. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not a great view, but I wasn't paying for one. Also has a pet parrot named Robbie, who serves as an advertisement for the nearby Parrot Mountain bird park. Recommended when traveling near Pigeon Forge, especially if you like birds.
Hotel is awesome. The room was very spacious and very , very clean. Very Friendly staff @ check in. No complaints here at all. If you haven't stayed here before i would suggest giving it a try. Well worth the money spent.
Located in the middle of everything, yet far enough from the main highway to allow quiet nights. The service was excellent. The rooms are a unique design and allow a great view of mountains and the town. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Comfort food and fresh fruit and juices.
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has an amazing experience. The rooms are amazing. One of the nest hotels I've ever stayed in!
I don't usually write reviews. However, I had to take a moment to show my appreciation for this hotel. The rooms were phenomenal and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The pool area was gorgeous and they were generous in providing toys for small children. The front desk staff, particularly Ms. Olga, made my experience top notch! Five stars and five more on top of that. She listened to my needs, my requests and met my preferences in a professional, courteous manner. I am an NC resident that travels to Pigeon Forge often. This will be the only hotel my family and I stay in from this point forward! I highly recommend this location! Room 529, beautiful view and an excellent layout!
