My family stayed at the Sleep Inn for a couple nights as a December get away. After reading several reviews discussing the friendly staff, I had high expectations. Starting from the early check-in all the way through till we checked out, we were very satisfied. The rooms were a good size for simple accommodations but note there was not a tub in the rooms. The beds we're more than adequate and the room was very clean. Everything in the room worked as expected without issue. The free breakfast offered hot items such as sausage and gravy as well as healthier options of yogurt and fruit. The food stayed well stocked and the area was very clean. Altogether we would certainly recommend the Sleep Inn and will likely stay here again.
Very nice & helpful staff. Full breakfast that last long enough for everyone to enjoy. Very nice, clean rooms with great maid service everyday if u need it, privacy if you don't.
My wife asked for sheets. We started to change the bed ourselves. In come two cleaning ladies. They changed bed and cleaned bathroom. There were still hairs in the tub. Also found two bugs that looked like roaches with wings. Maybe I just got the room they used for other things, or the worst room in the place. But our experience was miserable. It was not clean at all.
Reservations 44 days in advance. Check-in...king bed, smoking. Reserved non smoking. Was offered non smoking queen. Accepted. Body hairs in the sheets and on pillows. Beds were made but sheets had not been changed. Urine in bathroom floor. Body hairs in bathtub.
Nice location and friendly staff. The free continental breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold foods. It includes sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, yogurt, fresh waffles, pastries and cold cereal and fresh fruit. And that isn't everything. The room was clean and attractive although a wee bit small. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. It is also pet friendly and I enjoyed the occasional dog sighting.
I had made reservation at this hotel for a vacation. The day before we were to arrive we found out my disabled brother was having serious heart issues and we needed to get to him. I called the hotel to cancel and I let them know it was a family medical emergency. I was informed I would be charged a night anyway because it was within 24 hours of the stay. (Missed it by less than 2 hours). I am sorry my brother did not get rushed to the hospital sooner. If reserving here, make sure your family doesn't have an emergency the day before checkin.
