I walked in and immediately was given great service. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He made great suggestions based on our price range. We looked elsewhere, and came back because he was so great and knew exactly what we could get for what price everywhere else and still was able to beat that. I highly suggest this store and Andrew.
Nothing but a good experience. I arrived at the store near closing time and was greeted by the store manager, Andrew. He never made me feel rushed due to the fact it was already time for the store to close. He was helpful and informative. He was also down to earth, went out of his way to answer any questions, and I never felt as though he was trying to push me into buying a product. Overall I was happy with my experience.
Andrew was super nice! Not a hard sell salesman, just trying to help us find the best for the best price! To be completely honest, I am hard to impress. However, Andrew Helton and the rest of his team at the mattress firm in Sevierville, TN went above and beyond for me. Professional, caring, diligent, fair and attentive! This is the only place I will shop for my mattresses for other investment cabins I buy. My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress and Andrew the manager was super helpful. We haven't shopped for a mattress in years and boy have they changed. I figured it would be a dreadful experience but andrew was a great guy and helped us select the right mattress at our pace and no rush.
