We arrived as soon as they opened. Clean restaurant. Food AWFUL! My fiance got a bacon cheeseburger plain, came out cold, and bacon was gross. I got a grilled chicken sandwich plain, and it looked like it was microwaved, not grilled. Asked the lady and she assured me it was raw and grilled fresh. It definitely was not. I do not recommend this place if you are wanting good food.
Good service. Love the mugs. It is a regular fast food joint with root beer floats. And who doesn't want an old fashioned root beer float?! ;0)
Food was good. The guy at the counter could have been more friendly. Place was clean so that's a plus
Food is delicious and for the most part the employees have always been rather nice, just one of them that I don't really get along with, but anyway, food=delicious. But the prices are kind of high and they have actually recently went up to boot. I'm poor and cheap, so most may not have this complaint.
A rare opportunity came upon me when I drove past Dollywood and went to A&W. I had never been to an A&W restaurant and the experience was average at best. The Wisconsin Cheese Curds were old, the burgers weren't that good, and the onion rings were chewy, soft, and cold. The fries were really good though and compared to surrounding restaurants, it was somewhat clean. Employees were courteous and were fine with me changing my drink order during the preparation process.
