Most of the pizza was burnt, they couldn't keep pizza on the buffet yet employees had time to stand around and talk, there was water standing in the men's room floor, I saw several employees in the food prep area stick food in thier mouths with non gloved hands then go right back to prepping food. I will never step foot in this restaurant again and not sure I will go to any other location either. Pricing was definitely high for the quality. I give one star only because I couldn't give 0. This was the location next to Knoxville Vapor.
Kids really enjoyed the game room, but was not excited about the staff or the pizza. Fettuccine sauce is very bland. Staff didn't seem happy to be at work, or didn't seem like they had time to answer questions.
Cashier had a little bit of am attitude and kept running off, then people would come in and have to wait for her to come back. Tea is good. Building was clean, didn't go in the restroom.
We were starving after a day at Dollywood it was great pizza. Selection good and restaurant pretty clean. Staff friendly. Restrooms needed some attention. Worth the stop for our group. Something for everyone.
My first time giving this place a try.. thought the selection would be better for the price I paid.. $ 17.85 for a adult and a 4 year old. The customers were more friendly than the staff.
Lots of pizza to choose from. Wasn't a fan of something in the salad, it had a funny taste to it. And not a big salad bar selection, lettuce looked fresh, till i got to the funny taste.
