In spite of it being black Friday where it's faster to WALK through Pigeon Forge, than drive, just a block or so of the main strip, this was a pleasant, low stress, uncrowded street and restaurant. Their onion rings are awesome! Very clean inside and polite staff.
Server was good but busy. Got one of our steaks cooked wrong. Medium well instead of medium rare. Our hometown bee's is much better.
Food was very good. Service was excellent. Manager came out to table just to check on us and told us alot about the local attractions and recommended some great local places to eat. Was very enjoyable talking to him.
Food was good. But none of us were given napkins or forks until we asked for them, many things we ordered were forgotten. Someone at our table ordered steak well done, meat came out extremely pink. But once we finally got everything we ordered it was good food. Just disappointing service.
I rate this restaurant at 1 star simply because there's not a negative option available. We dined at the restaurant on 12/16/17. Service was slow, but understandable due to the busy time. When our food arrived, the waiter, Justin L., handed me an extremely hot plate without even letting me know it was hot. I managed to get it set down on the table without dropping it on the person next to me. He did tell my sister that her plate was hot. When I realized that I had 2 small blisters raising up on my finger, we asked him for something to put on the burn. His reply was, yeah, I burned my hand last week and they had nothing to treat burns. When we started to leave my sister found a open box cutter in the seat of her side of the booth. She told the hostess as we left about the box cutter and the burn. We all three heard the hostoss call her an expletive as we walked out the door. We then went back in and asked to speak to the manager. The manager did apologize and found me something in the kitchen to go on the burn. The food was good but the staff is rude. We will not be back.
