Used to love coming here but it's quality is starting to decline... Sandwhich put together with no care... It was falling apart before I got the first bite and a Stale cookie when you need a cookie fix is a bad bad thing
All this and cold food for over $40. Should have went to a steak house.
Went in during a rush. Staff handled the traffic well, and were very polite to the customers and each other. Manager was pushing them to move fast, but also praising their hard work. Good job.
So go in today. Burban Chicken on sign we ask for that and they no longer sale them but a manager said if you have a coupon we can do it. But it’s on the sign out front they can’t. She got an attitude and yelled at an employee to go take it down. Not to mention when first came in the door she’s yelling at employees right on the front line. Because they are slow and had 9 employees!!!! Management is AWFUL!!!!!!! My family will not be back!!!! And I will be call corporate!!!!
Always friendly staff. A bit expensive compared to other fast food but I think the quality justifies the price. The brisket is very good, and the roast beef is reliably good. The horsey sauce is my favorite and I usually slather it on to the point where it dries out of the sandwich.
RIDICULOUS!! Terrible service! 30 minutes to get our food!! Kids meals were cold because they were sitting to the side instead of giving them to us they waited. The hateful old lady at the register was telling the young kids working. Right in front of the customers. This is the Worst Arby's ever!!!
