I'm not a big pizza fan. I love bellacinos pizza, its made just right. They have very good grinders. Delivery service is always fast and friendly.
It was Amazing food ! The service was a super fast and so polite ! We are from out of town and will make sure this is a place we come back to when we come to stay !!! Amazing ! Amazing !
However, the same incompetent lady that took my order helped prepare it, so that may just be her personal incompetence, and not a reflection of the business itself.

Been living in eastern TN now for 9 years...passed this place many times and finally decided to try it...by far the rudest staff I have ever met. I tried twice to make friendly conversation with a lady who was taking my order at the counter...clearly she didn't want to be there. Then I was NOT honored the "meal deal" price because, get this... I told them to hold the side as I wasn't that hungry. The lady was too incompetent to understand that I should still receive the "meal deal" even if I choose not to eat or drink one of the 3 items that come with the deal...I had to explain to her, "Lady, I'm saving YOUR BUSINESS money by choosing not to take the side item!!!, I could easily just throw it away as soon as I got the plate but that is wasteful. She ended up charging me significantly more because I HELD my side item, and to her, I wasn't satisfying the requirements of the "meal deal." I was so frustrated I couldn't even eat when I sat down so I asked for the manager...he comes out and condescendingly gives me my money back without even trying to resolve the situation or find out the details of how I was treated and how the lady staff member has no clue how to treat customers. I work at several medical facilities near Bellacino's and I will be sure every medical professional and patient I come across does not eat or order from here. What a bunch of jerks...and the food didn't look great either when it was on the plate.
We stayed in a cabin in Sevierville and called and placed a delivery order last night. They took my address, cell phone number and credit card payment.. We waiting 2 hours before calling to cancel our order. When we called to cancel, they told us that our order was already cancelled because it was out of their delivery area. They had my cell phone number but failed to call and let us know that they were canceling the order. Terrible customer service. To top it off, the charge is currently pending on our card. Hopefully they don't charge us. - We called the manager a few days later and they let us know that the reason they didn't call to tell us the order was cancelled was because they don't have long distance calling
